Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all purchases from regalimo.com (the "Site"), operated by [Legal entity name], trading as RegaLimo, [registered address] ("RegaLimo", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour can happen because of screen settings. Product images may show styling or props that aren't included. If an item isn't as described, you're protected by our Refund & Return Policy and your legal rights.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where it applies. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is taken when you place the order.
- If a product is clearly mispriced because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
5. Orders and contract
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. The contract is formed when we send you this confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't deliver to your address.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to someone you nominate (other than the carrier).
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. RegaLimo extends this to 30 days. Full details, exceptions and the model withdrawal form are in our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Legal guarantee
All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country (at least 2 years from delivery within the EU). If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it as required by law.
9. Gift cards and discount codes
Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and may have an expiry date. Gift cards can be used on the Site until they expire. Their value can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to RegaLimo or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
11. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, email support@regalimo.com. We aim to resolve every issue within 14 days. If we can't settle it together, you may contact the consumer protection authority or an alternative dispute resolution body in your country. Consumers can also bring a claim before the courts of their country of residence.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [country of the legal entity]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
